D1 is installing a new fully automatic concrete block production plant for Al-Hasaniah, a leading block manufacturer in Abha, Saudi Arabia.
The project continues a partnership that began in 2007, when the customer purchased its first concrete block production plant from D1. This repeat order reflects the customer’s continued confidence in D1’s solutions, service, and long-term support.
The Solution
D1 is installing a high-capacity NOVABLOC concrete block production plant capable of producing up to 3,600 blocks per hour.
The fully automatic plant is designed to support efficient, consistent, and high-volume concrete block production while reducing manual intervention.
The D1 technical team is carrying out the installation and preparing the plant for testing, commissioning, and operation.
The Results
Once operational, the new plant will enable Al-Hasaniah to double its production and respond more effectively to growing market demand.
