The Challenge:
A leading contracting company in the construction sector was facing delays and rising expenses while laying heavy kerbstones—each weighing 200 kg. A subcontractor charged 30 dirhams per laying meter but managed to install only 60 pieces per shift.
Deewan’s Solution:
To improve performance and reduce cost, we proposed the use of the Jumbo Mobile Vacuum Laying Machine. Using strong suction technology, the machine lifts and positions heavy stones safely and accurately, reducing physical strain on workers.
The Results:
With only six workers, the team was able to install 300 to 400 pieces per shift. This major increase in output significantly lowered installation costs and shortened the project timeline.
